 About the Initiative:

The TGNC Glow Girls Club is a school-based and community-centred project designed to empower adolescent girls with the skills, knowledge, and mentorship they need to grow confidently.

The program is led by girls, supported by trained mentors (Big Sisters), and coordinated by TGNC leadership.

 What We Do:

• Menstrual hygiene and body confidence education

• Reusable pad-making workshops

• Pad bank setup in schools

• Monthly mentorship sessions with TGNC Big Sisters

• Leadership and life skill training

 Our Goals:

• Promote menstrual dignity and hygiene awareness

• Create safe spaces where girls can learn and grow

• Equip girls with real-world skills and tools

• Build young female leaders in every school

 Opportunities to Get Involved:

We’re currently recruiting volunteers and accepting donations to help us expand our impact. You can:

• Serve as a school outreach volunteer

• Join our Big Sister mentorship team

• Support pad-making workshops

• Donate sanitary pads or materials

• Partner with us to reach more schools
